We sell merchandise through our website, with payments being collected though WooCommerce. Any request for refunds must be accompanied by proof of payment using one of the payment methods employed on this website.
We accept returns, as long as there is the course content has not been purchased, used, or share with other parties. Please submit a contact requested by email, and include:
- Your name, and user name if you have enroled in a course.
- Phone number
- The name of the product or service you bought
- Purchase date
- An optional reason for requesting a refund
